Welcome to the website of the Cheshire & Merseyside Cardiac and Stroke Networks (CMCN). This site has been set up to share information across the local cardiac and stroke communities. The Network serves a population of just over two million people and works in partnership with patients and clinical staff. Our role is to improve the delivery of services for cardiac and stroke patients and their families across Cheshire & Merseyside.
